Home management
We engage with our clients, take the time to get to know your property, and uniquely craft a home management plan that is tailored specifically to your needs. A plan will always include at least one weekly property walkthrough but could also include a scheduled maintenance calendar for cleaning and servicing all your equipment. Or it may include housekeeping services on-demand, snow removal, and landscaping. Our documentation process is the key to identifying any issues before they become costly problems. We add value to your home by ensuring every system and detail functions flawlessly, allowing you to enjoy your residence exactly as it was designed to be. Concierge
We work discreetly with clients to understand the personal services that are a right-fit for them. Examples of personal services include pet walking/sitting, holiday decorating, and grocery shopping. Communication and responding to your needs are what we do best. So, should a need arise, give us a call – SZO is not far away.
Housekeeping
SZO sits down with the client or their representative to gain an understanding of the client’s housekeeping needs and desires. What level and service type are they looking for? How can we best accommodate their needs? We will craft a housekeeping plan that reflects the clients’ wishes. Importantly, the schedule will be part of the plan – so clients will arrive at a fresh and clean home.

Owner Jason Suazo is the mastermind behind SZO. A proud Montana native, he provided comprehensive estate management services in Aspen, Colorado for more than a decade. His background in the industry began as a chauffeur and he worked his way up. Most recently, he served as Director of Residences for a high net worth individual. He has managed homes and the needs of individuals and families, large and small – but always complex. Jason is detail-oriented, discreet, and most of all, passionate about ensuring his clients’ needs are met while they are at their home in the Flathead Valley or away.
